3 Takeaways

And AI recommendation engine can automate and personalize engagement experience to scale-up the impact.
L&D professionals should have these capabilities:
Can find, synthesize and curate contents according to objectives

Become a performance consultant for business units
Know how to measure the impact of learning programs
Because of AI, the MCI L&D team only needs two persons, they also de-centralize L&D to enable each business unit to create their own learning programs for their needs.
Classroom Aid is a consulting firm consulting on learning technology, data analytics, and AI. We do industry study and community service, so doing interviews is one of the methods for both. One of the latest events is “AI for Executives” hosted last November in Beijing. Executives from big companies shared and exchanged digital transformation experience, that was with Microsoft and UBS University, other China companies are listed here.
We now are to continue the conversation online by interviews to create case studies and share them with our social groups – the China executives member group, IEEE ICICLE (a community of L&D professionals), and other conferences we co-host events. This online conversation will bein asynchronous + synchronous model, because of the time zone difference and it’s naturally beneficial with a variety of engagement formats.
Each interview’s theme and questions will be co-created with each speaker with different focuses. Its purpose is to discover “Enterprise Digital Transformation, now and future”.
